Newbie in North Dublin

Hi All,

I just did my first brew two months ago and it did go well was not too bad for my first brew..  I had some issues with the carbonation, but I've learnt from the mistakes done...

My next brew will be All grain BIAB Oast Amber Ale. I just waiting for my new chronical Fermenter.

I would like to learn more and may go to a few local competitions.

There is no shortage or brewers in the North Co. We have meet ups twice a month in Swords and Malahide. You are more then welcome to come along and try some of our beers. Bring along your own if you would like some feedback.
