Brewer Spotlight is back! This month we have NHC member and head brewer at YellowBelly, Declan answering the questions.  :)

Great interview. Lots of good information from Cara there. Generous as always with brewing info. 👍

Declan or anyone, what's the easiest method of bubbling co² up through a wort.
I can think of
a) having wort in a corny and connecting co² to liquid post
b) if not using a corny, I suppose you could take the dip tube out of a corny and sit in a fermenter and do the same as with a)

Is there any simpler method?

Who was interviewer? Bubbles used to be great at those things until he resigned.

It's amateur hour with me writing the questions. Always room for others to write content though. Interviews, brewery tours, beer reviews are all good. If anyone is interested let me know.

Can't believe you didn't include your "special picture" >:D
I like the idea of interviewing Homebrewers gone pro, God knows there is enough of them out there now!

Sticking co2 line straight in, NOT IF ITS PVC, low pressure and swirl around I guess. Pros normally dose inline.
Aeration stone would be ott, mines currently pushed into 3/8 gas line, just a question of pulling off O2 and onto co2. Think i'd keep a positive pressure before immersion into wort and dunk into star san after I took it out to stop wort clogging longer term.

Ahh great days. I used to enjoy doing those. I even have one interview "in the can", never got published. (Apologies to the interviewee!) Maybe I'll tart it up one day and sell it to the NHC as an exclusive lost interview. Like some Beatles bootleg found in an attic..
