Guys as homebrewers we are allowed ferment up to 22% without attracting Revenue attention .

Anything over that is illegal and you have to register and pay duty on it.

The forum has a pretty strict policy when it comes to breaking the law and you agreed to that when you signed up so I wouldn't take this freeze distillation conversation any further.

Not trying to be killjoy but we have to keep on the right side of the law.
