Great meet again.

Some outstanding beers but the liqueur category was p**s ooor as I said!

The Chineses still have a lot to learn about armoas/flavours!

Regards the agenda:

1. The sour cask is definitely sourer than when we last tasted it. We will leave it as is until the spring and taste again

2. RO systems. I have one and Jacob has the other fort th eSwords side of the world. If anyone needs RO just ask!

3. Polish trip is doing well but no hotel booked yet.

4. Boyne trip; James will contact the Brewery re. the dates as suggested by th eDoodle.

5. BrewComp: James will put up a doodle of BJCP styles and so please add your self to the cats you intend to enter.

6. Please rsvp me re. the party on the 29th October.

TCF C/F: €424 - 00 but james is owed for 2 RO systems!
[Edit] James paid out 125 for RO
TCF C/F: $299 but someone owes a squiddly so we will sonn be at 400!

Christmas party is hereby sorted. Lobsters and Champers this time?

I finished the last of your DIPA waiting for my lift as well. Second bottle was nicer.

Thanks! Bottle was from the ghetto bottle gun for the competition, first was just poured from the tap on the night of the meet. All the foaming makes a mess of the flavour and blasts off the aroma I think.
