I've put this one off for long enough I guess...

My name is Stef, based in Cork and I've actually been lurking around the forums for quite some time now, though I generally don't post much online. I've joined for a few meet ups in the Fran Well and also was there for the brew day up at Blacks, I believe that I registered and threw my membership fee in just after then actually.

I've been brewing for a while now (~5 years), starting on extracts and onto BIAB until I had a tun to use. I tend to go for hoppy beers and I've currently got a Stone IPA clone in the fermenter, wish I could say that I had something left in my kegs but I finished that off over the weekend...
