Next Barrel Project (1877 Truman 4 - thanks R. Pattinson) AND Imperial Emptying

Cumbersome title.

Hey All,
The next barrel project is upon us.
The Imperial has spent nearly 5 months in the red wine barrel, and is tasting very nice, I want to empty that barrel and refill it with a new beer - a 1877 Truman 4 that will be aged with brett, there is another barrel free but it has bacteria in it other than brett.

The recipe is very straight forward,

Abv 7.28
100% pale malt
IBUs - 125
90 mins Cluster
30 mins Goldings
Mash 66.5 c
Sparge 77 c
Yeast WLP 013 London Ale
Brett added at secondary (which could be at home or when going in the barrel, preferably at home)

More to be fleshed out about the recipe for sure, just want to get an idea who would be interested - we have 225 litres to fill...

because I am starting to think you are a tin roofer when it comes to invert - where is it brother?

yea i might need some of that sweet sweet suga' to hit that abv target

Yea so, about that..
The recipe has the og at 79 and fg at 24, now with the brett in secondary and aging for about 6 months, that doesn't make much sense.

More realistically it would get down to about 10 so the og would only have to be 65 to get to our 7.2

any thoughts??
