AuberINS has released their "EZ Boil" brewery controller; a brewery controller that has my dream feature set:

A typical PID control function with fuzzy logic and one that generally doesn't even require calibration (huge upgrade there) -for controlling HLTs or MLTs, but it ALSO includes dial control and other features for boiling!!

It has a boil mode and you can tell it to run the element at 100% heat output until it approaches boiling where it will start decreasing the heat output as it approaches boiling to a predefined % heat output (you can override quickly at anytime by just spinning the dial counter-clockwise); it also has a timer so you can tell it to boil for 60 or 90 minutes and it will automatically kick off the boil for you.

I'm going to be replacing my 2352 Auberins with this guy.  I'm pretty excited.

If you've wanted an electric brewery controller with a single PiD that can do it all, this is the PID. You'll pay more than the Chinese PIDs, but I think the featureset is worth it.  -And no import duty risk as they ship from the US!

There was a thread on here about it a while back. Was very tempted by it myself, but went with the Ardbir instead. It's defintiely a huge step above the Chinese models if it delivers on what it promises. It claims to have brewing specific PID logic built in. Including postage, it was working out at around €80, is that still about right?
