Hi there. My name is Simon, I've been on the forum a few weeks now. It's great to see the wealth of knowledge available to someone like me who is relatively new to brewing.

I've done 5 full batches since last November using the BIAB method. I went straight into full grain after doing the brewing course in Portmarnock Community School with Rory Shiels. I'd highly recommend the course to anyone looking to start brewing.

I live in Rush and I've already been to a meeting with the North County lads. A great bunch of lads and they were polite enough to say my beer was nice!
