I currently have a 33amp supply in the shed with a dedicated 32a breaker. Would the below be considered safe to power a grainfather and a 2.6kw tea urn at the same time?

Yes it certainly would be capable but you would also have to buy the female which needs to be hard wired to a 32amp circuit breaker.
TBH  you would be better just wiring a ring main with a few double sockets as the  materials would cost no more than £20.

I already have the female and isolator wired back to a 32a breaker. Work was done by an electrician who wired the shed for me. Was thinking something like that would save getting him out again :)

If you already have the female wired go for it as it will be sufficient..
