A very cool piece of kit. If I didn't have kegs, this is the sort of thing that would really speed up the racking process. But for the same amount of money (or less) you could have a big CO2 tank, at least 2 kegs, regulator + connections, taps and a secondhand larder fridge. When you look at it like that, this device is more of a folly.

It seems to be the nature of homebrewing is that it can be expensive as you want, like buying a fishing boat to save on fish.

I hear ya. I've stopped kidding myself that by making homebrew, I'm saving money. Brewing at home to save money went by the wayside long ago.
