Was on a tasting recently and bottled Pilsner Urquell was used to demonstrate skunking  ;D

Not worried too much about skunking, but I have snapped the top off too many green bottles when capping to bother keeping them anymore. Mostly Staropramen bottles.

I don't know about Pilsner Urquell, but big breweries often use isomerised hop extracts for bitterness which they can add post fermentation rather than to the boil. There's one of these called tetrahydroiso-alpha-acid which won't go skunky and improves head stability. I would expect Heineken etc to use these things to eliminate the risk of skunking.
