Time to firm up a few spots! Who are our Galway & South East reps? Can you add your names to the list please?

Did we set a time line for when these positions are deemed filled? Do we elect where there is more than one Candidate? Myself and Cara will probably work together to head up publishing anyway and in reality the commitee will run that show!

Anyone who can bring skills to one of the roles please do sign up for it! To be honest I would be delighted if someone would releave me of the burden of any of the positions I've signed up for!!!

Also Dempsey needs a second treasury helper, so please if you'd have interest in helping with this do sign up!

I agree with you  - we need to finalise the new structure over the next few of days.
Some slight concerns would be -

1:) Some clubs with no representation
2:) Multiple Roles - people spreading themselves thin.

I have replaced my extra roles with stand-in
Realistically I wont be able to complete 3 roles effectively
I would also like to firm up what each role entails - perhaps people are being put off as they dont know what level of commitment the roles will demand - but I will do this in a different thread.

We still need someone to help Brian on the accounts side ..
This role is important as it gives Brian some backup and support and its best practice to have more than one person on accounts.

We are the NHC and as such a member should feel equal to any other even if they are not meeting regularly in a convienient local group.
