Serving tanks behind the bar in the Franciscan Well

Anyone know what size they are, and if the are jacketed or does the beer run through a flash cooler?

came across wonderfull 1000ltr tanks in Kurzer brewery. they are a jacketed ss tank cooled that uses a plastic collapsable liner holding the beer inside the tank. The space between the plastic bag and  tank walls are pressured to dispense the beer and the idea is that once the Altbier is put into the bag in the tank it stays at exactly the carbonation level it had when filled. It is dropped from the ceiling mounted tank straight to a special serving device sitting on the bar
