How did I not see you the whole night? I have to say the chilled atmosphere was very apparent, was great!
Also happy with the feedback I got, it pretty much ties in with my opinion of the beer I entered.

Rossa's 2.5 % was the star of the show for me.

May be not best in show but it was technically superb and a brilliant example of LowA IPA.

The other two judges agreed that if this was brewed commercially it would sell very, very well.

Would appeal to lager drinkers, Ale/IPA drinkers and even the cider heads as it was light and possesed a lovely citrus note.

Congrats again Rossa

Session IPAs are the way forward. They should make a new category in BJCP for it. I brewed one last weekend as I was literally sick from too many strong IPAs the past few times Ive been out.
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.

I left straight after the judging was finished (poorly wife) but I am sure that there were ast least 5 or more NHCers present. I am amazed that none of our stalwart, beer proof soldiers cannot remember 3 names!!
