I was looking into sources for adjuncts without breaking the bank and came across Red Mills flaked products. They are Irish and although they supply the pet industry they are made as any kind flaked products plus that are way cheaper. They do the whole range - oats, barley, maize, whole oats and done soya but don't think that would do us. It seems about 9€ for 20kg so good for a few people buying in. They stood contact them for your local stockists.

Would the steam cooked barley be suitable for stouts?

Rossa

Yep. They stream them then put them through a roller . I think it's the same process as porridge or any other flaked grain.

"Tiddles' Tiddly IPA"

"Pollys' Porter"

"Ale with a Tail"

and so on
