Got myself a beast of a pump and only have one connector at the moment. I'm presuming looking for all npt wouldn't be easy...

I need my eyes checked.
Read OP as 'breast pump'

Nothing to do with your eyes

Just out of curiosity what type of pump did you get?

I had a conversation with a lad in a plumbing place a while back who was very knowledgeable on pipe sizes and tpi (threads per inch) etc.

IIRC, he said 1/2" NPT and 1/2" BSP will fit as they have the same number of tpi, and should be fine if not dealing with high pressure. Here's more info.

Interesting but it will be easier to get BSP fittings over here obviously. I'm working on the idea that once I get the connectors I will be flying with regards to getting the gear.

Hop Bomb

Are you using it for fly sparging? How slow can you drop the flow rate to? Post pics :)
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.

http://www.chuggerpumps.com/product.php?prodid=239 is the pump. I am going to use it to whirlpool. I have a terrible problem with water pressure where I live to this bad boy should help to reduce cooling times significantly. It pumps up to 7 us gallons per minute which is a bit nuts for a hb setup.

Whoa "22.7 LPM", so you are going to throughput nearly an entire brew in 1 minute you wont need any form of aeration anyway, I hope its screwed to the floor ;D

I see this in there too...
"Do not run dry."

Did you source this in the US?

I'm looking at getting a couple of these pumps as well. Did you get stung for duty? If so, how much?
