Amstrad PPC640. Manky early PC compatible yoke, with floppy drives, 640k of RAM, and no hard disk. Display is shite too. But it could be mine for less than 50 quid.

Kinda unique. Not a laptop, but a luggable.

Amstrad PCW8512 (maybe 256?)

According to Wikipedia it was Sinclair QL based, it had 2 x Sinclair Microdrives

That is my only standout memory of these.
These were tape backup, and barely a step up from Cassette Tape backup.
