Has anyone tried kegging and carbonating wine?
Its a bit of a pain to do sparking wine in bottles, but don't know why I didn't think of just force carbing wine.

Would it work? Has anyone tried it? Any suggestions on a suitable wine kit for a sparkling wine?

I use the Lidl/Morphy Richards 5 litre cooler/dispenser thing to sparkle up 5 litres of white wine:

Chardonnay + Sparkle = Champers

Chardonnay + Elderflower syrup = EF Champers

Etc

Just put the 5 litre mini keg into the fridge for 24 or 48 hours to cool as the Peltier is pretty wimpy. When Cool carb with maybe 2 CO2 bulbs and away you go!

Oh hell now i am in trouble, i am hoping to put down an EF brew this week and this has given me a dangerous idea ??? 19litres of EF champers, what could possibly go wrong? ::)

Wait a few months and do 19L of Elderberry Wine. It's far superior.

Blackbrew

Yes, have done this a few times and it works very well in Corny kegs, if you have a beergun can then fill bottles (make sure everything is really cold as the Carb level is higher than beer).
