Aldi have cheap drill pumps at the moment, I bought one the other day in Finglas for 12 euro. I haven't used it yet so cannot say how good it is, but for 12 euro you can't go too wrong.

Hey Johnny,
These were Discussed elsewhere previously.
Things to consider is its suitability for food use and it's temperature resistance.
