Don't forget that McQuillans give 10% discount to full NHC members! Well worth the €10 joining fee!

I got some Bar Keepers Friend stainless steel cleaner powder brought over from the states and it does a nice job of cleaning and shining my cornys without the work.
Not a mirror finish though like what you are planning.

I had a go at polishing a beer keg with a kit from Halfords.  Don't start unless you have a lot of free time on your hands.  I spent a day just getting through the first two polishes, rough and medium. After that I thought it'll do rightly.  Hands were vibrating for a day after.  Look into bead blasting or something like that if you really want it.
In primary:
In secondary: Wine, Melomel
In keg: Teddy Hopper, Coconut stout, 4 Cs, Buzz bomb, Never Sierra, Bock, OD
In the fridge: Helles Lager, Hob Gob

I see the yanks use gator grit pads and grinders to do theirs. Is there an equivalent type of product to be got here. I would be very convenient if i could stick something on the grinder to buff them up

Motor factors shops have everething what you need for polishing.

Bring it to a panel beater and get him to compound it like they do with car bodywork ???
