Flying Dog - Wildeman IPA yeast

Harvested and brewed a batch of beer with this. Will have slurry from it this evening when I've bottled.
I've heard it's similar to White Labs Famhouse yeast. That one has Brett in it and I think this one does also. You've been warned.

Took a sample from this last night. Great stuff. Really fruity, flocculates very well. Serious amount of cake though! It ATE 5 LITRES OF ME BEER!

I took a vial from this lad last night. It's 3rd generation so if anyone wants some please let me know.

WOW it went to town on your beer Alex. I didn't have to pay that price with it thankfully.

I'm calling it a Saison/IPA. Pils, wheat, munich, centennial, citra. Would probably go into Belgian Speciality in BJCP I guess.

Yeah done a nice pale ale that was packed with summit at flameout. Won't be ready in time for the meet tomorrow but I'd say I'd make this again. Made a basil and lime saison with it last night too. Recipes will follow depending on how well these taste.
