Look at the dad's face. There's a subtle difference between a genuine smile and a grimace of physical pain and projected bitterness towards kids, wife and friend who was stuck for birthday ideas this year.

The grimace is because the kid is sitting on his recently doctored nads!

Surely a better picture would have been a family with 8 kids?
