If you built your own computer (or replaced memory) around 10 years ago you would have been eating this terminology for breakfast. My first build used an Athlon XP 2600 which used PC2700 memory.

@P9 I'll take your 512M anyway. I have 256M which I'm looking to upgrade.

I bought NOS (new old stock) iMac G5 for €50, but it only has 256M in it.

Are there more of them available at that price? I'd be interested if you had a contact.

No, it was one that was bought by a lad but he never opened it.

ok fair enough, was thinking that was a savage price for something that will run OSX, if not a slightly older version, nice score.
