Grain bill is: 

70% pale malt
10% roast barley
6% flaked oats (Flahavans Organic roasted in the oven until golden)
2% chocolate malt
2% crystal malt 250 ebc
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.
