Problems with "Show unread posts..." on smartphone

Recently (for maybe two weeks now) I have been having problems with the "show unread posts..." link on my phone. Basically, whenever I click it no new posts appear. In fact, no posts appear at all. But when I search the forum there are plenty of new unread posts. Has anyone else been having this problem? Maybe there's a simple explanation or fix?

Ps. I don't seem to have the same problem when I log on using my laptop

I had the same problem for two days this week but all of a sudden but it sorted itself out yesterday. I have a Samsung Galaxy SIII. Wonder if it is a particular type of phone problem.

I have this too, I switch to web to mop up the last few unread posts.

I've been intermittently seeing this issue for the last week or so too, but on a PC - Windows machine running XP.

I have the same issue for weeks on my laptop.

Used tapatalk briefly but just prefer browser to the Android apps.  I run dolphin and it works well except for the Indo site that crashes once in every 5 pages.
