Just saw the write up, nice work!! one thing though, my beer was two weeks old, not a year! it's now a month old and the majority of the dry hop aroma has already faded! lucky we've already drank most of it!!

I think I had mentioned my last attempt at brewing a kit which was over a year ago.. must have gotten mixed up in the notes. Oh and thanks for reminding me of that slip of the tongue!

Sorry about that Fergal, I went into the post to start changing it but the whole paragraph is about how it was an aged beer lol so I'm just going to be lazy and leave it as it is.
