That's a better selection than a lot of craft beer bars would have!

delzep

How much of each beer will be available? Do NHC members get larger samples as a perk? ;)

Do ya still want my 1962 harp lager brewed with fresh hops and 99.999% fresh Irish ingredients?

Cork MCI lager malt,
decoction / caramelisation
kildare fresh hallertauer
Kildare fresh Saaz
and kildare  TLC

?

Hop Bomb

On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.

Nothing like fresh irish ingredients ;)

Roast barley from Athy, Whole unprocessed oats from Athy, Barley from Ellistown, Kildare, Malt from Cork, Hops from my polytunnel (saaz, hallertauer, hersbruker, target, and saphir), Top Class organic Corn / maize as per pictures from my garden,  The Fresh beetroot ale from my garden ye can taste at Lucan and a lot of effort to make the freshest, most local, unique and environmentally friendly beer on the planet :)

beetroot ale below....

The cornflakes were a handful in a 40000 gram Harp lager wort and the yeast was 11 gram so not  100% Irish but is anything?  100% Irish chicken? Fed with Kerry foods chicken feed shipped in from Mexico?

Small typo in Enda's Frambtastic write-up:
"It's a yeast which has been developed to include contains yeast and bacteria cultures used "

Didn't spot any other typos.

JimmyM

Rossa's description sounds like hes a pro brewer... might want to emphasise the "home" a bit more.
Looks good though!! a good read like - makes it interesting
Formerly JamesM.

That's what happens when you try to do the write-up when youre supposed to be working!
The word "contains" needs to come out; thanks Eanna

Did you save the yeast cake Enda?

Unfortunately I didn't have time. I'm not around for the next week and I needed to get it into the secondary so I could add the raspberries.
