I'm finished work at 8am and back in at 11pm, but feic it sure it's halloween and i might aswell do a little trick-or-treating!
I could always just take a drive over between bed time and breakfast/supper(brupper?supfast?, yeah... supfast!), or at a more appropriate trick-or-treating time before work.
Any time between about 12:30 and 19:30 is out for me though, because without my beauty sleep I might slip and temporarily become 'an 8'.

What time are folks intending to arrive? - Might aswell try get there when there are a few people around, to socialise and that kind of thing that well adjusted members of society do.
What size container should I bring along?

I'd say most people coming out after work, so stop by on your way to work. Bring a 10 litre vessel or something, or bottles, or whatever you have.
