Hey, I thought I was the only brewer in west limerick. Delighted to have some company. There is a small number of us that have met intermittently in the blind pig in limerick. Also if your free tomorrow Brett Dundee is holding his now annual hopsoverfest in birdhill tomorrow. Brett being a prolific grower of hops holds this event and kindly allows people to pick from his hop garden followed by a BBQ and beer tasting/supping/sharing. Unfortunately I am stuck in dublin tomorrow and cannot make it.

Chris & anyone else thinking of going up to Brettdundee in Birdhill from West Limerick area I can take up to 3 passengers in my car. I will be coming from Rockchapel, Co. Have just made my first post as "Lapsed Brewer returns"...wine is my gig...and really out of touch after a lapse of 18 years...last shopped in Limerick homebrew shop in Thomas street...now sadly gone.

I've no idea where to go for yeasts, sterlisers etc...any sage advice on this please?
