Simple start brew

Currently making the equipment I need for my first all grain brew. I'm looking for a real simple recipe. Ideally a beer that's robust and hard to f**k up. I don't really care what it is. I'll drink anything. More interested in getting a process that works, is simple, repeatable and validates that the equipment I'v made is up to the job.
Suggestions?

All grain or Extract as you have posted in Extract? Mod police will move us on in any case.

Any smash recipie will give you the basics of good beer and easy to tell where if anywhere the wheels come off, consider a blonde ale.
The volumes and temps are obviously around my equipment, but 4 ingredients gave me good beer, wait 30 days for it to go crystal clear.

Sounds ideal. Sorry about posting in the wrong area. May need to brush up on some of the meanings of the specifications. Gonna finally bite the bullet and read the palmer book properly. Sound for the recipe!

Just figured out what extract brewing was. Didn't realize there was a step between kit and all grain. O well, mash tuns made now anyways.
