Called over today but no managers to talk to. Am free tomorrow so will try to sort out the menu.

As mentioned at the last meet amd looking at about €10 a head ( max 15 - as a 3 course meal there is only 17-50)

Suggested menu:

Smoked meat of some sort from their smoker
Polish Sausage
Something like Boerworst (or anything a bit S. African)

Couple of Decent cheeses

Decent breads; Rye/black/soda bread

viz a viz beer: This is not a big HB tasting evenning - however anyone with something over about 8% should bring that along. I will bring some ports!

Also as we are home brewers if anyone has some real delicacies from there native country lets slip them in as well.

BTW: They now have McGargles Pilsner on draught (had a pint today - lovely stuff). Also 3 McGargles in bottles plus some more new bottles.

And as we know Rebel Red is on tap!

They are really expanding the craft beer range in NC Dub!!

Can order proper polish sausage and sourdough bread if needed.
White, spelt, rye, brown, oat, you name it :) -= http://tartine.ie/ =-
Just tell me how many loafs we need.

Sounds great !

So whats the procedure Will - if we buy tasty Polish food ?

Will_D

No idea James.

I will try to establish a base menu at about a tenner a head with the Boro.

If someone brings in a bit of home brewed/(bought) sausage/pickel/chutney/why?  then so be it!

So Will, is it them who'll order everything?

OK,

Its €10 a head:

Smoked Ribs
Smoked Craft Irish Sausages
Polish sausage
Chef will try and find something South African inspired

Irish craft cheeses

Dark rye/black bread
Irish Soda Bread.

If anyone wants to bring some other little treats then I'm sure that wouldn't be a problem if done with our usual discretion!
