You're all welcome, had a great day myself. Only problem was we were too efficient and got finished up too early!!
Can't wait to taste the final finished product.

That look likes fun, much sediment chaps?

@Tube: We always have a quick Benediction before casking!

@CH: Not a lot of slurry/trub about 3 litres or so. The pumped removed all but that!

A decent pump is the way to go

Special thanks to Ratsathome for organising the pump and having it all connected and ready to go on Sunday morning.

Also to Fr. Jacob for the blessing over the cask!

Jacob

"Our lager, which art in barrels, hallowed be thy drink.
Thy will be drunk, I will be drunk,
At home as in the tavern.
Give us this day a foamy head.
And forgive us our spillages, as we forgive those who spill against us.
And lead us not to incarceration, but deliver us from hangovers.
For thine is the beer, Bitter and the lager,
Forever and ever,

Bar-men."

Well done to everyone, another great day.
Everything went like clockwork.
The food, drink, prayers and the company all great.

Force carbonated and filled bottles with beer gun today. Enjoying a nice glass now in front of the fire. Really is lovely stuff.
