Hi Everyone,

My name is Cathal and I'm living in Cabinteely. I've been brewing since June. I started with 3 Coopers beer kits and decided to take the jump to all grain.

I'm looking forward to getting to know some of you and drinking some good beer. I'm still in the improving stages and each batch is getting a little better than the last. I'm sure I'll pick up lots of tips from the forum.

Yeah, sounds good. I was having a look around and see they are on in the Dark Horse. One of my favourite pubs. When will the next meet be? It'll probably be after xmas will it?

I'll admit your beers did tempt me in Dunny. I thought if you can manage it how tough could it be?
