They are certainly a great price and look the part!

As I believe we also keep chickens in Ireland some agri-store may have them.

Assuming they are FG the only slight problem is how to fit a screwed plumbing/SS fitting to the bottom.

I am sure it would be possible though.

Can some of our more "rural" members ask in their agri-stores?

I've seen these mentioned before, and I think the issue was that the sides weren't steep enough to allow the trub/yeast to fall down, and be collected from the bottom. Might be worth a try though.
