Gas bottles going for free!!

I have 2 small gas bottles which I got off Rossa a year and a half ago that I am looking to pass on as I just got a bigger one

I am based in Lucan but travel around the city for work (You can collect or I can deliver within a reasonable distance). If you are interested please PM. One valves slightly leaks, but after using it alot I have found that it only leaks when you push down on it for some reason??!!

Original image thanks to Rossa. These are great bottles and to be honest I am only passing as I am not using them as much and it is not fair to hold them after Rossa was so generous to pass them on himself.

Hope someone else gets as much joy out of these as I did.

The one on the right are "Norms" nice little 2Kg ones and very handy.

As far as I remember that is where Rossa may have gotten them. They are lovely and they are very very handy as they are easy to move and fit into a small fridge very handy. Financial controller wants me to get ride as I am getting freezer to control temperature in a few weeks.

Hi BrewRob,

I would be happy to take them. I have just got a decanting kit from Germany so I can re-fill them as required. I can probably service the leaky valve.

I have lots of gas so these would be available to club members on a loan/emergency basis.

Will you be going to the 2 Lucan county meets (18th of Jan or the 1st Feb) ?

Will I won't be there on either of those dates, but can leave them there for your attention if that is ok? Brendan maybe Will might share these? Though his idea is a very good one for club use.

Cheers Rob, That would be great. It might be best to drop them off at Tubes rather than say a day before the brew day.

Talked with Shane (Tube) today - he says if you can just drop them into the Lucan County for "attention of Shane" he will make sure I get them.

Tried to drop these lucan county yesterday at 3:30pm as was passing by. Bar man would not take delivery!!!
