I was handed a few of these recently.
Before/after pics with Tap strip in case anyone is interested.
Barrels I have are without CO2 injection so Barrel, Lid and Tap...

I am looking for some seals for these.
The existing ones are in poor shape. Where would I get 4"/100mm diameter O rings, 5mm cross-section?
Similarly, looking for 45mm ID for the tap seal.

Check next week Aldis offer, I think they have seals.
Bad day brewing is better than good day working.

Thanks Alex, I would use 4, then dump the box.
Plus no 10cm O-rings by the looks of it!

John, Large o-rings are often made up. You cut a scarf joint (45degrees or less -to get a large surface area then use the correct grade of super glue to glue the two together. There are kits available but they are expensive. If you get a too big one then you could try this to reduce it.

Alternative:

Get some 5 mm od  4mm id silicon and a length of 4 mm od solid (or if tube id doesn't matter). Cut an inch off the 4mm od and use it as a plug to join the tubing together with a bit of fg silicon sealant

Small diameter silicon should be getable from radio controled model shops / sites as fuel tubing

Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

All the 4" rings are intact, the break is at one point, and not all the way through.
I don't believe they are perished.
It is quite possible that the original join (after 20 years!) has partly failed.

Would a cycle repair kit adhese these?
The bigger rings are for an airtight/pressure seal so not in contact with Wort/Beer.
Food safe is not an issue for these seals.

Don't know about about that in my day "Bycycle Repair Man" used a solvent based adhesive.

All the o-ring kits I have seen used an anaerobic/cyanocrylate type super-glues

Sure ther's one way to find out!

I have Cyano from a model I built with my son.
I'll give that a go.
Thanks!
