Tesco in Wilton Cork have Coopers real ale beer kits. €20.00

LordEoin

pretty bad price, but nice to know :)

Ciderhead

Monitor it, when they don't sell, it will be 10!

LordEoin

I'd prefer if they sold and they got more stock in. Handy to have another supply, even if it's expensive.

IrishBeerSnob

It's not really that bad once you factor in delivery charge from one of the home brew supply co's (5.95 is a common enough delivery charge) if you were in a pinch and just wanted to pick up a kit.

Its only when you spend €60 quid appx you get free delivery.

LordEoin

aye, but you're also stuck without DME, hops, etc

Garry

Where are the kits hidden? I searched the whole shop last night and couldn't find anything?

LordEoin

they're tucked in with the beer multipacks.
They look sad :(
3 real ale cans all on their own. Nothing else.

Garry

I need to go to specsavers! I walked up and down the beer aisle about 5 times  ::)

rebel

3  coopers kits were in beer section on left hand side across from special offers near 8 degrees six packs.

derfel

it'd be great if they started to stock more homebrew stuff.

johnrm

If you're stuck, the place upstairs in Paul St. is WAY better than this even on a bad day. Central too. Unless you live in Blarney, Kanturk, Waterfall or Midleton...

mr hoppy

Your right johnrm, though I wish they had some ok dry yeast then it would actually be a useful resource.

rebel

down to 2 kits in tesco.  paul street health shop is better, but the more outlets the better.

LordEoin

It's be great if they sold quickly and wilton tesco thought "That went well. maybe it would be worth bringing in a wider range"
