Just after putting mine in the keg/bottles. Down to 1.013. Also not getting any fruit off it. Tastes nice, another few weeks and some carbonation and it should be better

20c - 22c nothing too crazy. Everything I do is about that temp.
If we want to fill it on the 23rd we probably can. We'll be 1 possibly 2 batches short, they should be ready to go in mid march

Are we not better off waiting and getting a homogenised final ferment??
Who is the laggard? Cathal, jesus Cathal what have you been doing man ;)

Damien M

Phish Pash!

Mine is only Mashing this weekend! Mine will be fresh !!!

Will_D

Bloody useless search engine.

Just tried for 5 mins to find the original list of who's brewing for this.

Can someone please dig it out. Post it here and we can all update with our progress?

Something like below:

Name:   When started:   Into Secondary:   Current Gravity:   Expected volume:   When Ready:

1. Will_D:   Pri: 26/01  Sec:10/02  CG: 1.028  Vol: 23 L  Ready: ??

When we have ythis info then we can schedule a realistic filling date :)

Has everyone at least started??
