I use induction hob so I can do it. Gas will work too. Thought you were gas. You're in same boat as Dodge so. Pity.

^ Are you "borrowing" gas for the day?
Me? No. I'll bring my induction setup.

mcgrath

I can get a burner but not the propane tank. Any ideas?

No, you'd need to borrow the tank aswell!
His tank isn't portable. I looked up 11kg prices. Looks like 33 for a fill and 33 for a tank if you don't have an empty. Bit steep.

Ok I have gas. Estimated 4kg. But that might be wrong. I'm willing to give it a punt though.
I'll bring my electric if it runs out.

I'll check. I have the option of a full bottle which weighs 80 kilo approx. But it sounds like hastle.

We probably won't need all burners going at same time anyway so I'd say you'll be grand.
What's earliest I'll be welcome tube? Long day... Start at daybreak!

imark

Lovely! Might see if I can get a fold up table in argos.

imark

Grand job. Anything else you need a hand with?

mcgrath

So do we plan on doing another brew to get a Gueuze going?

Alternatively we could harvest 1/3 from the barrel and top up with fresh wort to do a solera.

We'll get a sample to try soon and take it from there.
