Hurleyci I slant in these. Its a bit of work but a great way to store multiple strains easily. I also saw an article on hbt some time ago about freezing pitchable quantities in these. I saved the link but can't find it right now. I'd recommend slanting as it keeps the yeast in perfect condition if done right
