Good side by side blog with a standard glass growler. The vacuum walled growler are great if you need to keep your brew at serving temp for a few days

Once it's been anointed with beer, It's a Growler...but like everything it depends on your definition.....

Maybe you were thinking of this one  :P
QuoteGrowler

Distended vertical bacon sandwich, usually badly in need of attention. See also badly packed kebab.

"Mummy, why did that lady just growl at me?"

Northern Brewer are sitting on the fence by calling it a 'Flask growler'

Here's the official beer history of the Growler....It started off in Metal rather than glass apparantly, but maybe that's just american history  ;D

EDIT: From a functional point of view, you want your growler to transport beer and keep it cool at the same time, in this regard, this Flask ;p growler is a champion!! No coolbox needed
