Here's what I am using for the Oud Bruin so I don't ruin a fermenter. That and my fermenter was in use anyway.

Before moving back to Dublin, I was in the process of making a keggle. I only got as far as cutting the top off.

A normal lid off a plastic bucket is a little wider than the opening I cut. I keep that held down with a bungee cord. I then put something on top so a cat doesn't jump on top and fall in. Nice and simple and can still be used as a keggle in the future.

The keg I used to use for a FV only had the normal neck and a carboy rubber cap fits over that. I didn't use that for the oud bruin as it was sitting outside and I had no idea what was in it.

Mine is in plastic. I'll be putting another Oud Bruin in to it next week. Dedicated lacto bucket from here in. Just like my Brett bucket.
