Lads,
I'm finally brewing stage 1 of the Raspberry Lambic with Galway Bay this Friday.
Stick your head in the door if you're around :)

What are they fermenting it in? Where are you getting the lambic culture?

Excellent - what time are you down there at?

We're doing primary fermentation as normal using notty. I think Chris has wine barrels for secondary.  AFAIK the culture is coming from White Labs  - might see what's floating around in the air though;)

Best of luck! Might pop in tomorrow morning. How many packs of frozen raspberries for 1000 litres?
On tap: Flanders, Gose,
Fermenting: Oatmeal Brown, 200ish Fathoms,
Ageing: bretted 1890 export stout.
To brew:  2015 RIS, Kellerbier, Altbier.
