So.. How did the kit entries fare this year?

EDIT: 2014/05/13

Brad Smith was kind enough to sponsor a few BeerSmith 2 keys for the highest scoring kits in the Competition.
The idea is that having the software may encourage some more kit brewers to start really hacking their recipes, and even try their hand at creating their own extract and all-grain masterpieces.

Thank you very much Brad Smith <3

So here's the competition:
Show your score
BJCP category
State which kit you used
Specify your recipe (fermentables, yeast, temperature, hop or grain additions, etc)

The highest scoring kit entries will receive a free activation key for BeerSmith2.

Eligibility:
Only open to full NHC members.
Entry must be a kit beer or cider (ie can of hopped goop such as coopers, muntons, richies, finlandia, etc)
All-grain mashkits, and extract kits are not eligible.

Garry

Brewer's Choice Ultimate Scottish 80 Shilling Kit, 41 points   :)

LordEoin

My highest was 40 on a Cooper's English Bitter hack
and a bronze medal in category 8 for a Brupaks London Bitter

Blueshed

Got a score of 34 for  my winter ale, Finlandia dark ale hacked.

LordEoin

I really like that finlandia dark ale. It's a very subtle beer and a dryhop shines through lovely :)
