Bad day brewing is better than good day working.

Thats american allright, as american as it can get.

Its a bit like the opposite to a lovely hand pumped real ale, poured by a friendly barperson and topped up to perfection after a quick chat at the bar with the said barperson.

Ink, steel and plastic in my beer, dont think so,  and a barman too busy to make eye contact...think Ill bypass >:(

alealex

Thats 21st century for you, avoid eye contact, too busy to talk.
Hand pump is a thing of a past the same as beer brewed of malted grain and real hops (its not modern - not cost effective)

Ill die a diehard... I remember the lough & quay clondalkin got a guinness pouring machine in. Most of the guinbessdrinkers went up the town wer dey got a proper pint pulled by a barman,....no dought the machine was fecked out after a few weeks. I can see how bottoms up cud be useful at a match were 20000 people try to get a pint at half time

To some degree we hav gon that way wit processd pellet hops. They are about shelf life, transport costs and convenience. We hav done y different taste offs with halertauer,1. Pellet, 2 dried cones, 3. Fresh frozen. There is no dought what beer shud b brewed with but most ber brewed with pellets.

But, but, but...

...think of the new profit centres and revenue streams!

Just noticed they've 83  :o other videos. Not really sure what to say.

I wonder how much the glasses (real glass as opposed to plastic) cost?

The vast majority would be nicked immediately as a novelty factor both here and in the UK

Even plastic disposables would cost a HUGH amount more that the really cheap (about €40 a thousand) plastic glasses
Remember: The Nationals are just round the corner - time to get brewing

It's not even worth thinking about for so many reasons....... Lucky the inventor never tried Dragons Den or he would have been laughed off the stage

Anybody seen the latest Guinness contraption in UK, looks like a tap but it isn't..... Pour a can of cold guineys (resembling a flat cold coffee) into a glass and pop it onto an 'agitator' resembling a real tap for a few seconds while a jet of water or air is sent to the bottom of said glass, what will they think of next...some classic pump ale houses in Yorkshire were using this to dispense Guinness only 2 weeks ago....variations on a widget???
