I'll have a look through my yeast and see what I have spare. Have been growing and tidying up my yeast bank so have some spares.

I have 2 X 500ml bottles of yeast. It has settled etc since but I'll pop it in some vials and bring along for whoever posts here.
Thats  nigel, buttercups and James so far.

@ Jacob.. We could ask if Rascals would supply some yeast from their next batch. No harm in asking.. If they have excess and schedules match, it might be possible.

Fun night again lads. Some great beers and ciders.
I'd happily have Jacobs summer ale represents us in the summer competition.
I'll start coming up with a recipe for the quad and hopefully post by the weekend.

Great night as usual and some imprtant discussions:

1: Still need to finalise the cask recipe and ingredients. James has LME/DME but what about Candy?

2: A quick show of hands showed about 8 people entering our "ICBINL" Cat 6 comp. About 3 entering the summer beers and about the same entering the Wicklow one. Reminder: Have you seen the prizes they are offering in Wicklow? Seriously worth winning

3: R@H is sorting out date for the Bru tour/bbq

4: Still need to talk to Boro re: a brew day

5: Hops given out and sugestion is to do a Smash beer - not a comp just focused brewing
     I have popped the rest of the hops in the club freezer - ideas about what to do with them?

6: Reminder about maker fair!
