So who's in?:

The recipe:

Recipe is based on a 70% brew house efficiency
OG 1.088
FG 1.014
IBU 21

Yeast WLP500 or WLP530

Mash Temp 67c for 60 mins

Pale malt 6.00 Kg
Caramunich 0.50 Kg
LME 1.50 Kg
Candy Sugar (dark) 0.75 Kg

Challenger 9.17% AA 30g @ 60 mins

The LME/DME:

James has 'procured' at a very favourable price LME and DME
Please post here what you want. I will bring it to Boro on Tuesday. He ONLY has 18 of each!

LME is €5 for 1.5 kg and the DME is €2-50 for 0.5 kg

Candy is €3 for 0.5 kg (you need 750 g so mays as well bung in a kilo.
Caramunich is €2 for 0.5 kg

Am growing some up for my brew. I have promissed Ciaran(mcgrath a few cells in a vial for growing up. Can give you some as well if you want. You will have to step up about 3 starters at least.

maybe quicker to buy (they should ship a vial for just the real postage cost - maybe?)

Probably quicker though to order a few other "essentails" and pay the courier delivery charge!
