Right, so with arrangements made to pick up Dave's entries this evening, that just leaves you, Rory.

You about or near Belfast over the weekend? I'm away most of Saturday. Carnfunnock, near Larne if by chance it's of any help?

Cheers,

-Barry

What time are you heading up there at and what route do you take. I hear that staying on the motorway to templepatrick is best with all that 40mph speed restriction malarkey. Sorry I haven't got my finger out.
Life moves pretty fast.....if you don't stop and look around once in a while....you could miss it.

Kids love junction 1 too...

 Hi Rory,

Heading the coast Road via the wife's parents' house in Whitehead. About 11 in the morning but sure I'll pm you my mobile no and well work something out.

Cheers,

Think my last post got lost in the changeover.

How many entries did we end up with?

Everything go ok with the pick up / delivery?

Bazza

Hey Andy,

Pickup is happening at lunchtime today.

We have 15 entries altogether. No less than 5 of these were submitted by Mr.drankin (loved the setup there, Dave. A proper 'lab' with loads of shinies and more shinies to come. I drove into that gate in a fit of jealous rage    :P  )

I've them all numbered and referenced by style and brewer on separate sheets.

The only difficult part was cleanly prizing open the lids off my fellow competitors'  beers to slip in a small dog turd  >:D

Cheers Barry. Hope that wee turd has some additional yeasts in there to help with my carbonation!

Thanks for the beers. Both were excellent and got me through the England match.

Oh, shiney stuff, Mr Drankin! How about a pic?

You gonna share the winning recipe?

Bazza

Hey all,

Only got a chance to check the twitter feed after midnight, which kind of took away from the drama and tension but I'll second Andy's sentiment: Nice one Chris! Did your reason for moving house recently stem from a need for more trophy space?  ;)

And Dave, the swig I had of your Simcoe Pale last Friday evening was well tasty. Thankfully I've a full bottle of it to tuck into this evening :)

Great effforts all round, lads! And huge thanks to the Liffey lads for their - ahem - hard work, if you can call drinking a pile of beers hard work  :P

Roll on Next Friday for the return leg!

Cheers,

-Barry

Well done Chris, and everyone else who submitted beers. Very good standard guys.

Haha thanks Barry! Well done on the steam beer - I'll have to get a bottle off you! Anything on the go at the minute?

Thanks Mark - do you've many beers entered?
