Newbie from Mallow, Cork

Wife and I decided to try this out as our hobby together.

Completely and utterly clueless to all of this.

Hopefully I can purchase the ingredients locally after our first batch which we started last night.

I got the train to Cork recently and we stopped at a place called Mála. Sounds like fun, but imark tells me it's not the real Mallow?
