Hello from Dublin

Hi all,

I'm back brewing after a couple of months break, and looking to explore some new styles and different recipes. I'm mostly hacking kits at the moment and trying out hop additions and some steeping grains, although I have been known to make a turbo cider or two.

I'm based in Stoneybatter at the moment, and see Capital Brewers are just down the road, so looking forward to meeting up soon.

Thanks Dunkel, will definitely be dropping by. And if the carbonation Gods are shining on my latest batch I might even have a (very young) English bitter for tasting ... here's hoping!
